First off, make some small changes in your diet. For example, if you like drinking regular soda, why not opt to drink diet soda for a change? Instead of drastically dropping soda off your diet, start with small changes first and work towards eliminating it from your diet altogether so that you do not end up craving for it. In other words, do it gradually.

Another tip is to eat slowly and frequently in small amounts. Instead of having three large meals a day, eat six small meals instead. That way, you always feel full and your appetite will not increase.

Follow a high fiber diet and eat large amounts of fruits and vegetables. Also, drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday.
