Cardio Workout for Beginners, Intermediate, and Advanced
If this is your first time to incorporate exercise in your lifestyle, then you better start with cardio workouts. Beginners will especially find cardio exercises helpful because it will help them develop more stamina and resistance-things that are needed for other more advanced exercises. Cardio exercises also help strengthen the heart and the lungs, which is definitely good for your overall well-being. To kick things off, you can start with walking, jogging, and running exercises. These workouts are pretty much easy to do since everyone is definitely familiar with these exercises. These three basic cardio exercises strengthen the legs, as well as increase one's stamina and steady one's breathing. You can do these workouts around your neighbourhood or using your treadmill. Of course, you can't stay in the beginner's level forever. You need to step up once your body has adjusted to your exercise routine. Intermediate cardio workouts usually last for 30-50 minutes, as opposed to the 10-20 minutes required for beginners. You should also start trying different exercise routines, such as hiking and swimming. Add a little more intensity to your workouts by doing interval training-adding short bursts of speed to your workout routine. For a more advanced routine, you can try doing cardio exercises twice a day-once during the morning and the other during the afternoon. Exercising during the night is not really a good idea, since your increased energy levels will make it hard for you to sleep. Even if you exercise twice daily, make sure that you are doing two different exercises. For example, you can go for high intensity cycling during the morning, while you can jog on a treadmill in the afternoon. Try to exercise for 3-5 times a week to achieve best results.
